The new TMZ around LOWI (Innsbruck) starting at 11 000 ft shows:
"Radio: Munchen Radar on 131.225"
That does not make sense to me. Why would I contact
München Radar instead of Innsbruck Radar?

Just for my own education: in which cases would you contact the controlling agency of a TMZ?
