Hello SkyDemon,
AOPA of Russia provided the latest air navigation data for testing purposes, so I installed it using iTunes - just copied all the files to Custom folder. The question is: how could I install the geographical map of Russia? Is it possible to use OpenStreet geodata or any other data to install it into SD?

No, it isn't really possible to get custom geodata into SkyDemon.
If AOPA of Russia wish to work with us to provide a supported SkyDemon chart for Russia, they could get in touch with us, though.
