In the SD info for Joensuu (EFJO) airport, the ATIS frequency is given as 115,7 and the airport is said to be PPR. According to AIP-Finland, the ATIS frequency is 136,175 and there is no mention of PPR. (Not in AIP SUP or NOTAMs either.)
