Why vfr reporting points are insert as coordinate number while ifr reporting poins as proper name?

This is true for Austria, too.
Wien Info preferres VRP names instead of coordinates; they often query for them.
Yes i know: Austrocontrol is a bit special when it comes to flightplans...
