May I bring this post to your attention, not sure why OP was on flyer forum. This relates to overriding of default alt and msa warnings.
Also happens in android, whereas you used to get a warning in the flight details tab, with 3.2 it just bumps the altitude up to msa for that sector, overriding the default alt. ....Bug or feature? Would be handy to be advised of the adjustment. Regards Pete Edit New route, caernarvon to gloucester, 3000 default, bumps up to 4300(msa) no warnings. New route IOM to Gloucester, bumps up to 3700, then gives warning 100 ft low! Bizarre! Nexus 7 4.4.4 (2013)

Your vote is noted, but we changed this behaviour quite a while ago and so far it has gathered very little feedback of the kind you're giving. We are generally happy with the fact that we don't produce a default route that would have the pilot fly into terrain or an obstacle. If you were going to change the level of the route anyway, you have lost nothing. If you weren't, then we may have saved you from doing something dangerous.
