The TMA 5500+ marking seems to obstinately sit over EGP106 at most useful zoom levels, even when no other marking are visible. At a glance there is scope for confusion. Would it be possible to slighly relocate the TMA5500+ marking?

No, not really. We do not manually place markers; they end up wherever the code puts them. That's a side effect of vector charts: there is no cartographer involved in their production.
