Hi All.
I've just started using SkyDemon on a cheapie Android tab. It's proving a little problematic...
Firstly, I keep getting told that my device is "no longer logged in to the SkyDemon system". I've tried the logout/login thing, and it keeps coming back. I've got Internet access, and everything else seems to work - does SkyDemon require anything fancy (i.e. is it doing anything but HTTP? My network is filtered).
Secondly, when I first played with it yesterday, I got the NOTAMs and weather downloads properly - but I have nothing now. How do I force it to check again? It's kinda crucial...
I'm using version 3.1.0.25633 on Android.
Thanks!
Vic.

It certainly sounds like there's something odd about either your device or your network connection. Unless somebody else is logging in on another device using your trial credentials, you should never see the logged out message. And there are no steps whatsoever required to make SkyDemon always have the latest NOTAM/TAF/METAR data as you plan. We use only standard HTTP over port 80 for our communications. Is it possible that your device is restricting SkyDemon's ability to save data to permanent storage? If you contact us via our support page we have the added option of checking to see whether your device has sent us any diagnostic information pertaining to your issues.
