Using the Metar & TAF decoding often results in slow/stuck scrolling within the NOTAM & Weather windows, sometimes I got an "SD isn´t responding" window or even a CTD. Without decoding everything is more smooth & reliable.

Decoding the bulletins simply results in many more things for Android to measure and draw in that window (pieces of text, graphics etc). That is the slowdown you are seeing. We can't do much about it.
