Extra time at start of leg

What is the intended function of setting "Extra time at start of leg" under "Leg properties" in Skydemon Plan?

When I do this, the total flight time goes up (as expected), but fuel required remains unchanged and also the ETE for that leg in the PLOG.

I'm using Skydemon 3.0.6.0 on a PC.

Oh, I see. I'm pretty sure that's by design. The feature was designed so that you can indicate you're doing something at the waypoint at the beginning of the leg, purely so that we generate a STAY indicator in the VFR flightplan. So I suppose we considered the extra time being in the vicinity of the waypoint, and not as part of the leg itself, which follows as soon as you stop doing whatever you're doing.
