Is there a knack to getting the DI to come off the bottom of the screen? I find that I just have to keep flicking it up until eventually it moves. No matter what I do I don't seem to be able to get it to move predictably. Once out it is absolutely fine.
BTW - otherwise I'm absolutely delighted with SD on a new Nexus 7 it is a huge improvement from Windows CE.
