I just checked with the last official charts and the CTR of Nimes Garons, LFTW, is not active in weekends. In SkyDemon it appears as active.

The French AIP does not publish specific activity times for that CTR, it certainly doesn't say it's active only on weekdays.
It suggests (but does not actually say) that the user should refer to NOTAM about its activation, but the language used is not clear enough for our mapping team to have marked it as active only by NOTAM.
