Does SD have a "native" resolution on the Ipad?
Does it matter if the device is a retina Ipad mini (2048 x 1536) or a standard Ipad mini (1024 x 768)?
Will there be a difference in display quality?

SD makes full use of retina where available, so the display is much crisper on the iPad Mini Retina than the standard one. It's a noticeable difference and worth having in my opinion.
