can not open a received track log

Sending a track log by email, can not be opened by SkDemon,

with thirdparty programs it is possible!

Is there a known bug?

latest version of SkyDemon! 3.0.3

No known bug, but you didn't provide many details. On what platform are you trying to open the log?
