SD 3.0.2.0
I think the problem is with my old computer and its XP system but help welcome.
Deleted old program and no trouble loading 3.0.2.0 but it will not connect to the web to download chart updates and plans from the cloud. Yes I keep making sure that the "Off line" switch is not ticked, and yes I have tried turning off my AVG anti virus and tried making Divelopment folder an exception for AVG but still no success.
I also have a net book and no trouble loading that with 3.0.2.0 and loading updates and files from the cloud from my same internet connection.
Yes I know I should get a new PC but its such a hassle transferring files and programs.
Any ideas?

SD runs fine on my old XP laptop. Other than SD, can you still get out to the internet? Or in other words, can you get out to whatever is your default home page? If so, then the problem is not with your computer. It may seem obvious, but have you checked that you are logged in to SD? If you are, try logging out and then back in again.
