Help. On both nexus and note 2 v3 I try to open an aip plate mid flight but I get the error it needs an active Internet connection even though I have purposefully download the whole aip for this very reason.
Works fine when I have the Internet on the ground and no it isn't downloading them on the ground all aip is there already.
Defeats the point of pre installing them all.
Help please

Is there a list of fixes/changes? The version history page hasn't been updated for months. Do not need chapter and verse just some bullet points would be nice.
